Currently, we service 15 local, state and federal agencies who are responsible for paying the rent on behalf of their clients. Which simply means - we have the renters. In addition, to having the renters, we also have 100's of properties in our possession. All you have to do is take them to their new home. Sounds simple? Well, it is. A current Illinois Real Estate Leasing or Sales License
A reliable car with insurance
A digital camera (helpful, not a must)
Computer skills
Cellular phone with text messaging capabilities
A desire to learn a new field in real estate and willingness to work hard
