The person(s) who fills this position should be searching for a career path with substantial profit and growth potential. We will train you how to sell, who to contact and put you in a situation to succeed.
The Sales business developer works closely with senior management and is responsible for, but not limited to the following areas:
New Business Development
Maintain customer relations
Generate business contacts and prospects
Establish and consistently achieve short and long term sales goals
Lead Generation
The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:
Strong entrepreneurial spirit
Have sales experience, preferably in construction.
Strong communication skills
Must be willing to grow in a rapidly prospering environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Bachelors Degree preferred
The ability to create and close sales as well as build on current relationships
