Who we are looking for

We are looking for Brokers who are committed to earning no less than $100,000 and are willing to do unrelenting work to achieve that result. We are seeking someone with a minimum of two to three years of experience in prospecting for clients and, ideally, has experience representing tenants in all aspects of the commercial leasing process. If you have a positive approach to life, are open to being coached; if you are a high energy team player who is eager to work very hard and generate outstanding results; Urban Lux may very well be the place where you’ll make your next $100K.

Requirements

• Applicants must hold or obtain a valid Real Estate Sales or Brokerage License.
• A cell phone, laptop computer, valid drivers license, current insurance, and a reliable car is required.
• The willingness to work weekends and excel in a fast paced working environment both alone and with groups.
• The ability to maintain a consistent level of high-energy that is self motivated.
• Strong organization skills as well as the ability to be a strong closer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• All Agents must live or be willing to relocate to Chicago.

Experience
