Industry leader, Urban Lux, is offering a great career opportunity for an outstanding Property Manager working out of our River North Office in Chicago, IL. If you are outgoing and have the experience with Property Management that it takes to succeed, this position is for you!

Responsibilities to include

Generation of Property Management Contracts and the oversight of all real estate property management functions such as managing the day to day administrative and maintenance operations, creating and implementing leasing and marketing plans and coordinating those efforts with our Leasing Staff, resident relations, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

Superb customer service skills; Highly motivated service-oriented self-starter; Superior written and oral communication skills; Excellent computer skills; Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis; Prior Property Management experience a strong plus.

Compensation

Compensation to be based on the value of Management Contracts Secured and paid out on a bi-weekly basis for the duration of the contract. A portion of Management Contracts are already in place to provide income flowing on Day 1.

Requirements

* A cell phone, laptop computer, valid drivers license, current insurance, and a reliable car is required.
* The willingness to work weekends and excel in a fast paced working environment both alone and with groups.
* The ability to maintain a consistent level of high-energy that is self-motivated.
* Strong organization skills as well as the ability to be a strong closer.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* All Agents must live or be willing to relocate to Chicago

Experience
