What you get working with us:
- We provide virtually unlimited warm leads of buyers and sellers
- Teach you how to convert short-sale clients
- Teach you what is required to work a short sale listing in our streamlined process
- Teach you the tricks on successful short-sale closings
- How to get 6-7% commission
- Signs, lock boxes and black & white copies
- Your own email account, web-based CRM tools and access to online leads
- Automated showings service through Showing Solutions so you can focus on more deals
- We will accompany you on initial listing appointments
- Pay up to 70/30 commission split up to $100,000 in paid commission and after that goes to 90/10, no desk fees.

What we expect of you
- Carry a current Illinois real estate Lic.
- Obsessive relationship to customer service
- Check emails and phones multiple times daily
- Desire to work in an automated system with a high volume of listings
- Ability to pay all local, national and MLS dues
- Full time agent
- Spanish, Polish and other language or skills a plus
