JOB DESCRIPTION:
Report to the board of directors for a portfolio of properties and works from our office or your home office. Management of the associations includes supervision of all employees/vendors, homeowner relations, and coordination of professional services, administration, oversight of maintenance and operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage a property portfolio on a day to day basis.
2. Manage building vendors and staff.
3. Respond to owner and board calls and follow up.
4. Contact vendors, bid out projects, oversee and manage projects.
5. Review & approve payables as directed for each property.
6. Coordinate ongoing and future projects with the boards.
7. Attend board meetings and report activities to the board.
8. Develop budgets for properties.
9. Review monthly accounting reports.
10. Create maintenance plans for properties.
11. Create capital improvement budget and reserve budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Portfolio Managers must have 2-3 years experience, AMS, CMCA or comparable certification or experience. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of this type of management, accounting, building maintenance, computer, and communications skills. Must be proficient in using a computer, e-mail, Word, Excel.
SALARY, HOURS & BENEFITS:
Base minimum salary $35,000 with significant upside potential for managers that show an ability to manage a portfolio well. Portfolio Managers at Forth Group work as independent contractors, upside income potential is directly correlated to results and portfolio under management.
