We are seeking a creative thinking condominium sales manager for a 50-unit condominium project in the western suburbs. We are offering a salary on this project, since we understand the market is difficult and we know this project needs stability. However, the difference between this 50-unit condo project and all the other unsold condo units available for sale in Chicagoland is that the developer is willing to provide direct financing up to 95% loan to value with rates as low as 4.75%.
