Position
Commercial Real Estate Associate. As an associate sales agent with Sibley Partners, a candidate that is selected will be working closely with other brokers in the office in an effort to foster the necessary skills to be completely successful on his/her own while also putting them in a position to make above market compensation in that transition period.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree- preferably in finance or related field. Qualified candidate should have a minimum of two years experience in the commercial real estate field (preferably in sales).
Skills /Character Elements
Ideal candidate will be a natural self-starter, entrepreneurial, have strong consultative sales skills, hard working, self motivating, an understanding of financial analysis, self sufficient, resourceful, and work well with others.
