Title: Business Development Executive- Too Faced Cosmetics
Objective: Business Development Executive must drive and generate retail sales in a designated territory, through eventing and artistry/product education on the Too Faced Cosmetics product line.
Responisbilites Inlcude but are not limited to;
Effectively Coordinate, manage, train and drive sales within a multi state territory
Achieve Seasonal Sales goals by executing promotional events and training at store level.
Take part in all major event set up and execution, leading the sales team and selling by example.
Train all retail partners and associates on the Too Faced Cosmetic line
Effectively Coordinate, manage, train and drive sales within a multi state territory
Effectively manage all budgets within designated territory
Coach and Develop freelance team
Report to Field Sales Director
Territory includes IL, WI, IN, IA, MN
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in the Cosmetic Industry as an Account Coordinator or Account Executive
Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint
Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
Excellent Interpersonal Relationship building skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
A born self starter with great initiative
Must have a car and clean DMV record
50-65% travel
