Source Interlink Company has an opening for a DISTRICT SUPERVISOR for the Chicago OHare Airport area.
Responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising merchandisers within assigned territory; implementing company policies; interacting with account executives, customer service, distribution, and marketing departments in order to maximize sell-through. This position will represent the Company to store management in order to review service levels and layout change proposals, as well as remodels and new store set-ups. Must have the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Some weekend work is required.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of management experience and past exposure to a part-time workforce is a plus. In addition the candidate must be computer literate, especially in Word, Excel and with email.
