Skydeck Stores are looking for enthusiastic individuals! We are looking for people who can provide exceptional guest service and meet a high level of demands.
JOB SUMMARY: To supervise the sales, merchandising, operational and minor personnel functions of the store. To comply with company procedures. To train and develop all Service Representatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core Purpose: Maximize the retail potential of the attraction.

Supervise the sales floor using Sales Director Program and LP program.
Ensure that the highest level of Guest service through executing Make It An Event.
Improve every day to ensure that short-term and long-term sales goals are achieved.
Supervise cash wrap area.
Ensure all cash wrap procedures are followed and opening/closing procedures are conducted correctly.
Assist in ensuring that Team Members are fully trained in product information, selling skills, and loss prevention techniques.
Ensure sales floor is stocked with appropriate merchandise, and merchandises store according to plan.
Previous retail experience required and open availability preferred.
