As a seasoned sales concierge on our team, you will create an environment that ensures maximum productivity and profitability, implementation & achievement of goals, leading and inspiring our team, driving daily sales, identifying and seizing daily retail and service growth opportunities and ensuring a consistent outstanding client experience. A successful candidate has a proven track record in sales and driving business forward, and operational experience. Knowledge of Millenium Software is a plus.

A day in the life of a Senior Sales Concierge:
implement daily goals
drive sales through suggestive selling on services & products
coach sales associates to achieve goals
provide an elevated level of retail/service sales
live, breathe and educate clients on our business, our brand, our services and our products
answer phones and schedule appointments
ensure a smooth daily operation of the business
The Must Haves of a Senior Sales Concierge: We will not consider applicants who do not have a minimum of 3 years professional working experience and who do not have previous retail/sales experience.
3-5 years professional working experience
high end retail experience
skill and enthusiasm for working with the public, and your team
pro-active, solution oriented and hard working
efficient with a strong eye for detail
efficient with computers
ability to multi task and work in a frequently fast paced environment.
This is a full time position and weekend hours are a must. Professional references and background checks are mandatory.
