ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Retail Computer Sales (Receive Multiple Methods of Payment)
2. Answer Phones and Route Calls
3. Stock Shelves With Current Product
4. Provide Customers With Exceptional Customer Service
5. Maintain Apple Product Professional Certification Level
6. Any Other Duties Assigned By Management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- HS Diploma
- Mac OS X Experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Basic Math/Money Handling Skills
MEASUREMENTS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
- 90-day Initial Performance Review
- Yearly Performance Reviews
- Apple Sales Web Testing
