If you are looking to live in one of the nicest buildings in the river north area but don't want to spend $3500+ to live alone than this could be a great opportunity for you. I know $1850 sounds steep but at the Grand Plaza almost everything is included in the cost of your rent. Heating and cooling, gas, water, cable TV, in unit washer/dryer and access to one of the nicest in building gym's I've ever seen (with basketball court, and rooftop track!)are all included. The amenities at the Grand Plaza are ridiculous, we have multiple rec rooms with big screen TV's, a game room with a pool table and Golden Tee, an atrium lounge, library/business center, available parking, a Jewel grocery store in our building, and the nicest rooftop pool I've ever seen.
I've lived at the Grand Plaza for a year now and have enjoyed my stay here immensely it. I like the place so much that I am seeking a new roommate as my previous one is getting married and has to moving out. The apartment is large (~1400sq ft), as is the master bedroom, which also has is own private bathroom with dual sinks. Additionally, our unit has a great view from the 31st floor with a balcony that stretches the entire length of the apartment!
