Okay, I posted this a while ago, but my roommate to be backed out at the last minute!!!

I am a physical therapist, and usually work sometime btw 7am- to 8pm. Here is the info:

This place is huge. Upstairs includes a living room (already consisting of a couch an 60 inch television), one available bedroom, a lounge room (that contains furniture, a turntable, and a hookah), a bathroom with shower, a pretty nice kitchen area, and a deck out back (also with, you've guessed it, deck furniture, and a weber grill).

Downstairs there are two bedrooms. There is no ceiling, for it is an unfinished basement, and the cell reception is poor, but it isn't too bad of a place to dwell. I stayed in the smaller of the two rooms for a while, and I liked it. Dark + cool = nice sleeping conditions. There is a bunch of storage. A second bathroom, also with a working shower, and a laundry room.

The rent is $1300/mo. Generally whomever resides upstairs (with the windows and natural light) pays more than those who dwell in the basement, for obvious reasons. Utilities aren't too bad. It is a big place, so gas is a little costly. However split between three or four people makes it hurt very little.
