Safeguard Resources is a Chicago-based company which specializes in placing security personnel for bars, nightclubs and special events as well as executive & bodyguard services. Two new Nightclubs has outsourced their security needs to SafeGuard Resources, and we're seeking a Lead Security Associate which will lead the security team, establish security protocols and processes, liaison with law enforcement, enforce a meticulous security methodology which will adhere to a prevention and response model.

These positions are part-time and hourly.

These positions require black suit and white shirt.

Requirements
  • Must have at least 2 years of lead or management experience leading security teams, within the bar, nightclub or entertainment industry
  • Bassett Certified
  • Have a sound understanding of the operational aspects of how nightclubs, bars and restaurants function optimally
  • You must possess security experience working in one or more of the following: bars, nightclubs, VIP Security, event security, executive protection/close protection or private events
  • It's a BIG plus if you have previous experience with the U.S. Military and or Law Enforcement
  • Be able to explicate your aptitude on the following:
  • How you identify patrons who might cause problems
  • Your approach and style with situations which have escalated, but may not require removing a patron/customer
  • What occurs which may require you to use force
  • Explain techniques you use to subdue a dangerous patron
  • You should hold appropriate training requirements and certifications
  • You must be able to provide good references, reliable work-history and a dependable reputation
  • You must impart a polite, courteous and professional demeanor
  • Clean criminal record
