Physical security guard firm located in Oak Lawn Illinois is looking for an experienced Security guard firm scheduler/operations supervisor. You must have experience scheduling over 100+ security officers, at over 45 locations throughout the Chicago land area.
You will have knowledge base using computerized guard scheduling programs, organization skills to multitask in several ongoing simultaneous administrative tasks. You will directly; hire, train, schedule and supervise the security officer staff. You will be a back up on call manager to the field inspectors should problems arise. You will prep and set up all new client locations and conduct all training of the new and current security personnel. All field inspectors will report to you and you will monitor and assign them daily functions and tasks, and review their work record to ensure their compliance to site inspections.
You must have previous verifiable experience scheduling and providing the tasks as described and be bale to provide verifiable references that will confirm your experience.
You must posses a valid perc card, pass our back ground checks to include: Criminal, financial, employment and drug screening.
Position will be paid between $35,000 and $40,000 depending upon demonstrate able experience.
