POSITION: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, SALES
Table Maestro is the country's foremost provider of telephone reservations solutions and guest relations management for the restaurant industry. Currently we are accepting resumes from, entrepreneurial minded, self-motivated, individuals to join us as Account Executives in the following markets: Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Washington DC.
WHAT WE DO
Table Maestro is a central reservations service for fine dining restaurants, providing them with telephone and networked reservation systems, event reservation management services, labor and cost streamlining, and messaging/answering services.
WHAT YOU DO
We are seeking candidates who possess a sincere passion for hospitality and restaurants, have a love of sales, and an unlimited amount of energy.
Visit top restaurants in your city- meet with restaurant owners, chefs, and managers - deliver to them a solution whose most fundamental purpose is to improve service and increase profitability. You'll get to know everything about your restaurant accounts - and you'll play a critical role in increasing their business and guest satisfaction.
Account Executives are responsible for securing new business and serving as a personal intermediary between Table Maestro and its clients. You will play a critical role in maintaining account satisfaction and acting as the personal 'face' of the Table Maestro Company.
WHAT YOU BRING
The Account Manager is a demanding position with high expectations.
Prospective Account Managers must possess the following basic qualities: entrepreneurial and open to direction, organized to a fault, dedicated to service, excited to join an extremely passionate team, excellent communication skills, and polished/professional demeanor and appearance.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Work ethic: self-scheduling with strong independent motivation and personal organizational skills
Persuasiveness: ability to articulate ideas in a clear, concise manner
Rejection acceptance: comfort with calling warm and cold leads and rejection
Presentation: comfort with frequent small-group or one-on-one presentation making
Creativity: ability to quickly customize and explain the benefits of the company to diverse restaurant types/needs
Closing: the ability to move a potential client from prospect to signed account within a short timeframe
Relationship building: the desire and skill to maintain long term client relationships
4 year college degree (preferred)
2 Years Experience in Sales and/or Restaurant/Hospitality Industry
