(2.) Do all of the above and advance into a marketing management position.
Fortune 500 clients outsource Marketing FX, Inc. to help improve their existing customer retention, new customer acquisition and increase their market share. We currently work with At&t and their small to mid-size customer base. Our niche is face to face sales and marketing, which means... we acquire and retain customers by going to them and speaking to them regarding their services. No other form of marketing can deliver such consistent and quality results (hence our continued growth). We offer paid training and are looking for professional candidates who are team players to advance within our company.
A few prereqs...
1. Must be competitive (in the healthy sense)
2. Must be able to talk to anyone (no creepers)
3. Must be able to tell a joke (timing is everything)
4. Must realize that hard work cannot be replaced with a degree (you know who you are)
5. Must not update status on Facebook with things like "the weather sucks", "I don't feel good" or "I'm having a bad day" (attitude is everything)
We plan to double in size again within the next year, and will only invest our time and training resources into those who will contribute to this growth.
