This position demands an energetic and highly-motivated candidate with the ability to work in an autonomous fashion. The Assistant Director of Business Development will, among other things, play an apprentice-like role in strengthening and developing our marketing and sales strategies to increase market share in the Chicago area, all while receiving professional guidance and feedback.

The best candidate will have:
• A 4 year college degree, preferably in a business related field.
• 2-5 years of general business, marketing, or sales experience.
• A demonstrated history of initiative and achievement.
• A disciplined and goal-orientated mentality.
• Dynamic presentational skills within one-on-one and group environments.
• An outgoing and fun personality combined with a competitive spirit.
