I'm moving out of Chicago and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting in January until it expires at the end of July. It's a 1 bedroom garden apartment in Lincoln Park. Address is 910 W Wrightwood. Rent is $925 a month, which includes water only. Gas and electric are about $30 each.

- huge bedroom with 2 full length closets
- living area with working fireplace
- exposed brick
- air conditioning
- gas heat
- hardwood floors throughout, linolium in kitchen, tile in bathroom
I lease from a management company, and you would have to add your name to the lease, as well as agree to a credit check.
It's 2 blocks south of the Diversey brown/purple line stop and about 4 blocks north of the Fullerton red/brown/purple line stop. A lot of bars/restaurants around the area. Also a Walgreen's and CVS, Dominick's, Home Depot, Chase bank, and dry cleaning. About a 1 minute walk to the Wrightwood/Lincoln/Sheffield intersection. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
