I need someone to take over my apartment, I need to relocate on May 16th 2008. The lease ends at the end of February and is renewable. you'll have to pay one MONTH deposit and $40 Application Fee. The unit has a lot of closet space, carpeted, heated, quite spacious, separate bath, has kitchen space, close to Granville Redline and CTA Buses.
