I live on the bottom floor of a two story house in Roscoe Village with my best friend and am looking to move out by June 1st to Arizona, rent is $625 a month. The house is perfectly located by the Addison Brown line stop, just ten blocks away from Wrigleyfield and is in seriously the best neighborhood in all of the city. There is more than ample parking on the streets, a yard that extends all the way into the alley, washer/dryer, storage space, a half bedroom workspace. Cable/Internet is already set up and working. This house was an excellent find and I have been living there for quite sometime now, but unfortunately have to move to Arizona. My roommate is a teacher and works during the week and is hardly ever home. The landlord is always attentive and fixes everything, from lightbulbs in the fridge to locks on the doors. The situation is more than ideal, for someone looking to find a great spot long term, or just check out the city for a couple months. I am willing to move out ASAP to benefit you.
