Furnished room (size: 10X10) to sub-let for June through August in a very cute 2BD apartment in wonderful Andersonville (Ashland and Winnemac). My Roomate (girl) is very friendly and easy to get along with. Must be a non-smoker (or smoke only outside) and like cats (but wont have to take care of them). The apartment is conveniently located close to bars (Hopleaf, Simon’s, etc), restaurants, Clark Bus and Ravenswood Metra Station. The Argyle Red Line El Station is also at 5-10 minutes walking distance.
