We live in a 5br/3bth 3-story townhouse on Orleans, between Oak and Division. 1 roommate is moving out to live w/his brother, and we need to fill his room. The lease goes until the end of June. The br is pretty good size 15" x 11", 2 closets, nice ceramic tiles, a private bathroom w/shower, and a private entrance/exit to the back secured courtyard/porch/free parking lot behind the building. The building is really nice and is very quiet, no neighbor noise. There is alot of free parking on the street and free back lot designated for the surrounding buildings. There is a back porch, that has stairs that go down to a small stone courtyard. Kitchen has stove, dishwasher, island counter, plenty of cabinet space and even a food pantry. there is a br and 1/2 common bth on the main floor, 2br and bth upstairs, and 2 br and private bth downstairs (including room for rent). All common areas have nice hardwood floors that were buffed before we moved in. Right on the corner there is also a clear view of the Big 3, Sears Tower, Trump Tower, and John Hancock all in one panoramic shot.

There is currently 42" flatscreen, Xbox 360 and couches in living room. While the roommate moving out is taking his furniture, there is enough furniture left to furnish the common areas, but also enough room to accomadate additional furniture. Utilities are usually around $50 and have never been over $70. This include DirecTV's biggest package w/all movie channels, electric, AT&T internet, and heat/gas. Security deposit is only $100.
