Hi, I am looking to swap my 1br/1ba condo in Newport Beach, CA for your N. Chicago or N. Chicago Suburb residence. My unit is attractive and is just a ten minute bike ride to the best beach in Southern California. I have a tenant in there right now paying $1,900/month and the sale would be subject to the lease, which expires March 2009. Maybe this would make a good investment property/1041 exchange property??
