FDCservers.NET is looking for more datacenter techs to accommodate our growing customer base.


Required skills
- experience and good working knowledge of Linux and Windows OS
- experience and good working knowledge of computer hardware
- ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- good communication skills
- reliability

Desirable Knowledge:
- experience with web based control panels (Cpanel/WHM , Plesk)
- experience with various hosting applications/environments (webhosting, media streaming, game servers, etc)



Primary responsibilities
- manning our 24x7 helpdesk
- processing support tickets from our customers
- answering emails, phones and chat
- server assembly
- OS & control panel installs
- network monitoring

This is a evening shift position

This is a full time position

Starting wage is $12/HR

Paid overtime
