Prevail Health Solutions, a start-up company providing innovative web-based mental health treatment, is looking for a talented individual to perform systems testing and technical support. The ideal candidate will be highly technical, analytical, innovative, and self motivated.
Qualifications:
• Experience with testing systems for functionality in a web environment with multi-browser support
• Ability to troubleshoot web systems for basic bugs and handle issues in an escalating pattern
• Experience running and creating test cases in a well documented form
• Ability to document bugs and identify common failures and understand/communicate related issues to the development team
• Any Ruby on Rails, Javascript, Selenium or other technical capabilities are a huge plus
• Understanding of acceptance testing, stress testing, unit testing and their roles in a stable system
• Ability to talk with users and trouble shoot their experience, identifying user errors, bugs and/or system failures and assist users in finding a workaround solution
