We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with experience in the medical equipment service industry, who will provide major on-site service for the repair, maintenance and installations of Heidelberg Engineering instruments. This position is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction covering a multi-state region. BS degree in engineering or similar area preferred, or military equivalent with high tech related experience of at least 5 years required. The right candidate will provide best-in-class customer technical support. This is a field based position and may require up to 70% travel.
