We are seeking individuals who have the motivation to produce immediate results. The ideal candidate will possess strong closing skills and experience closing individuals on the phone. Description:
Respond to requests for information. Make outbound telephone calls to individuals who have inquired about the studio. Set appointments for prospective clients to audition for the studio, close face to face sales and customize programs based individuals potential.
Requirements of the successful candidate:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Incredible phone presentation
Must be self-motivated with a take charge attitude
Outstanding communication skills
High energy level
Must be available to work nights and Sundays
Strong work ethic
The average Talent Director makes between 50-90K a year, and receives a 401k, and health benefits. Where you end up on the spectrum above is up to your talent and motivation. We are not offering a job, we are offering a career.
