The ideal candidate will possess strong closing skills and be a seasoned sales professional with two or more years of successful sales experience. Description: Receive and respond to requests for information via phone, e-mail, print and other advertising sources. Make outbound telephone calls to individuals who have inquired about the studio. Set appointments for prospective clients to visit the studio. Conduct personal interviews with prospective clients. Help prospective clients make the decision to choose a career path.
Requirements of the successful candidate:
Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience
Exceeds quotas every month in commissioned sales
Incredible phone presentation
Must be self-motivated with a take charge attitude
Outstanding communication skills
High energy level
Must be available to work nights and weekends
Strong work ethic
Individuals with experience in gym membership sales, recruiting, dating service sales, and the weight loss industry should excel in this position.
The Talent Director position includes 50-90k potential, 401k, profit sharing, and health benefits. Your income potential is only limited to your ability to learn and desire to work. We are not offering a job, we are offering a career.
