Jeff McClusky & Associates, the music industry’s leading Independent Promotion company- in business with all major and most major independent record labels, and more, is currently seeking an intern to assist the Executive Assistant to the President. This is a great opportunity to get face time with, and learn directly from, one of the music industry’s top executives.
Responsibilities include assisting with:
Faxes
Email filtering/monitoring
Phones
Preparing industry related reports (Mediabase, All Access, Soundscan)
Dictation
Travel itineraries
Calendars
Organizing sports/concert tickets for clients
Financial administrative duties (expense reports, checking deposits, etc)
EBay transactions
Personal tasks
