Under the direction of the VP Online Video, this position is responsible for performing and overseeing to successful completion various production related jobs necessary in building, launching, and maintaining online video products and initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work side by side with the VP Online Video and Vid Ops Manager to ensure projects are completed successfully – on time and on budget.
2. Collaborate in project planning by evaluating competitive offerings, performing basic data analyses, and executing other due diligence related tasks.
3. Manage the logistics of productions including: scheduling, booking, legal paperwork, drafting requirements documents, and coordinating the ins and outs with support departments and partners.
4. Manage meeting agendas, write summaries and action-item lists, and see all tasks through to completion.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None directly. Will need to work with and manage relationships with all in-house support departments and third party partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience in a fast-paced, deadline based environment, where tasks and priorities can change on a day to day basis, cruical.
· Must be a strong problem solver and comfortable taking on and attacking “new-to-our-world” problems for which there are neither precedent solutions nor existing protocols.

· Required Skills: Creativity; Problem solving; Multi-tasking; Scheduling; An ability to communicate well in writing; Basic Excel and Office; Familiarity and experience with at least some of the following: web-site publishing, online video, video production, and/or video post-production.
