Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic, a nonprofit volunteer organization, is the nation’s educational library serving people who cannot effectively read standard print because of visual impairment, dyslexia, or other physical disability.
We are looking for volunteers to help us record audio versions of high school and college level math books for students across the country. Training is provided. We request that volunteers be willing to donate their time once a week (at least 1.5 hours) on an ongoing basis.
We are conveniently located near many train and bus stops, and we are open from 8:30am - 8:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 8:30am - 2:00pm on Fridays.
If you are interested, you may reply to this e-mail or call (312) 236-8715, x213.
