Play program for children with disabilities in Phu Tho Child Care Center
Volunteer project:
Phu Tho Disabled Child Care Center is located in Viet Tri Town, Phu Tho Province. There are about 50 children who have different types of deformities. Some of them are victims of Agent Orange (a chemical used by US Army during the Vietnam War). Children are provided with housing, medical care, basic education and some vocational training. They are aged between 8-17 years old.
The international team of volunteers will help organizing games for the children, playing with them, planting vegetable or renovating the center.
Free time: Cultural exchange, excursion, sports, sightseeing…
Project language: English
Location: About 7 km north from Viet Tri City and 90 km north from Hanoi Capital.
Age range: 18 and over
