Description
• Work within a team environment to aid in the support and development of hosted software application
• Analyze business requirements and translate into technical requirements as well as anticipate future requirements
• Design, evaluate, enhance, test, troubleshoot, and maintain object oriented applications in PHP
• Provide input on design and direction of existing applications and new systems
Required Skills
• Experience developing custom production-level PHP 5 applications with MySQL in a LAMP environment
• MySQL, Relational database design and queries
• Strong object oriented PHP coding and debugging skills
• Experience with osCommerce and/or Zend Framework
• Portfolio and code samples showing work that demonstrates OOP PHP programming
• HTML/XHTML
• CSS
• Javascript
• Front end AND back end, well balanced
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Additional Experience
• AJAX Javascript components and/or jQuery
• XML
• Tableless layout design & Cross Browser/Platform Coding
• Subversion
• Graphic design and user-interface skills
• Understanding of basic networking concepts
• Linux command line and/or server administration experience
