CSS Coder for well-established online, interactive marketing and business development agency located on Michigan Avenue in Downtown Chicago. We have been in business for over 6 years now and pride ourselves on having a fun, creative, young, and hard working environment.
Job Description:
The individual will be in charge of coding layered PSDs into 100% CSS format that is W3C validated. The sites will need to be cross-browser compatible. The requirements of the job are listed below:
Experience/Skill Requirements:
Very solid HTML/XHTML development knowledge (2-5 years experience)
o W3C compliance
o Semantic HTML/XHTML coding
Very solid CSS knowledge (2-5 years experience)
Very solid understanding/knowledge of JavaScript (2-5 years experience)
Solid understanding of modern web technologies
Solid understanding of social media
Basic digital photo editing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Beneficial Skills/Experience:
Flash
jQuery/Ajax
XML/XSL/XSLT
UI/UE design
Knowledge of mobile optimized web sites
Other Requirements:
Bachelors Degree from 4-year accredited University
Must be able to work 9-5 Monday through Friday
