We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an established Digital Recruiter. We provide contractor, contract-to-ire, and direct placement servcies to companies throughout the United States. Daily responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, coaching and plcacing candidates. Counseling, promoting, cheerleading, guiding, cosulting, are all things we do for our clients and our candidats. This position covers the whole recuitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate management, client meetings to client service.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in the staffing industry
- experience staffing interactive developers & designers
- expertise knowledge in the digital space
- excellent client service skills
- great communication skills
- Bachelors degree
