A few prerequisites:
Strong ASP.NET architecture / design experience for web-based solutions
Application server experience
Experience with software effort estimation
Proficiency in version control principles, with specific knowledge of Subversion
Very strong with database design concepts
Experience with SQL Server and MySQL
Experience with working with production websites
Experience building AJAX web applications
Experience with building XML-based web services
Experience with Web Content Management Systems, E-mail marketing systems, Portal Platforms, E-commerce platforms, and other common Interactive Marketing technologies is a bonus.
Mobile application development experience is a bonus.
