I am looking for someone who is a professional past hiring manager (executive/director/manager positions), recruiter, HR professional (generalist, analyst, front-end resume reviewer) or hiring manager for upper-level IT positions.

I have a resume (which I believe is pretty good and written by a professional resume writer) and I feel it encompasses the core aspects of what employers are looking for today. With that being said, I am not a professional resume writer and I feel that it has not gotten as much attention as I was hoping for and I believe that there is something lacking that a professional who has done hiring in the past would be able to notice and advise on what to change.

I know in today's multitude of applicants for jobs, the average time spent is about 7 seconds on a resume. I am hoping I can find someone who can help my resume standout within that time period.
