POSITION TITLE: Marketing and Editorial Associate, Post-Secondary Programs of the Great Books Foundation.
DESCRIPTION: The Great Books Foundation, a nonprofit educational institution that publishes anthologies of classic and contemporary works across the disciplines and promotes Shared Inquiry(TM), a Socratic, text-based method of learning, seeks to hire an entry-level marketing and editorial associate for its post-secondary programs. Position calls for project management skills, some events planning and coordination, and a sense of creative initiative in marketing to book groups and college faculty. Familiarity with higher education publishing and strong editorial and writing skills are essential.
