Entertainment Website Seeks Freelance Contributing Writers
Growing entertainment website is seeking freelance contributing writers to supply colorful, in-depth feature articles in the entertainment field: specifically TV, music, movies, celebrity, fashion and culture.
Duties Include:
- Coming up with relevant feature article ideas
- working independently at your own location
Requirements and characteristics we are looking for:
- Strong interest and knowledge of entertainment
- Sense of humor and personality portrayed in your work
- Ability to communicate objectively
- Ability to produce creative and entertaining features, opinion articles, etc.
- Interview experience a plus
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to conceive and write 2-3 articles minimum per month
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualification requested:
- College Degree or seeking relevant communications degree in journalism.
Payment is per contribution with a freelance pay scale. Pay rates may vary according to experience.
