We are a new company using whatever methods we can to get things going, considering our limited access to immediate cash (its called bootstraping). This is why we are looking for someone who is able to do the work now betting on their future income. You have 2 options
Option 1: We anticipate income enough to pay for your work by May or June 2012. You would be paid as an outside contractor and you would be paid your reqular fees plus a predetermined bonus.
