If you are looking at this ad then you most likely know the reputation of Kef speakers and know that they are well built and sound great. I have a Pair of older C15 bookshelves which are in pretty good shape, the grilles could use some new fabric, but other than that not bad for how old they are. HOWEVER, one of the speakers does have a blown tweeter which is why they are so cheap. If you are wiling to put a few bucks into a new tweeter theses would be great for surrounds or for a bookshelf system. Thanks for looking have a good day.

This is a lightly used 7.2 Monster Cable Eleganza system. It consists of the above listed speakers and has a ridiculous retail price of more than my car! There is no shipping on this system, it must be picked up in zip code 60543.
If you are looking at this ad, you don't need me to explain it! The above links do a far better job than I ever can! System is only a few months old and is in perfect shape except for one small crease on the tower grill. It is not noticeable from a distance of more than 2 feet or so. System is currently installed and running and has no issues! The above are pics of the speakers as of this date! Job issues force a sale... Below are some specs in case you need them!

Towers

These are 6' tall, solid aluminum towers with a beautiful lacquered cherry panel running the full height (top to bottom). Included is a heavy metal base plate to securely hold them upright. They contain 12 extremely high quality 3 1/2" aluminum cone woofers, 33 titanium dome 1 1/2" mid-tweeters, and 1 silk dome super tweeter. The enclosures are aesthetically stunning and much less imposing than you would expect from a 6 foot tall tower (very narrow, only 7 1/2"). Many spouses have been in our retail store (very concerned about the look) who enthusiastically approved of the towers in their living room once they saw the looks. Monster had designers on retainer specifically to design the aesthetics of the product. The speaker pivots easily on the base plate for tow-in. The base plates have an angle gauge that allows you to precisely align the towers for proper imaging & soundstage. There is a subtle blue light tube on the back side that runs top to bottom which can easily be turned on/off. It adds a nice ambiance to the room while listening in lower light conditions. It also provides the recommended subtle light for totally blacked out theater rooms. They weigh 122 pounds each with the base-plates attached.

Bass Modules (for towers)

These were originally offered as a $2,500 option on the towers, we are including them at no additional charge with the package as they are necessary to deliver the full potential of the towers. They are a pair of very high quality 10" powered woofers. Each one contains a 250 watt (continuous) amplifier. Resting immediately behind the towers they attach to pegs on the tower bases. Wight is approximately 50 lbs each. The high gloss black finish on the woofer enclosures adds a definite touch of class. Equipped with speaker-level and line-level inputs, they can accommodate any setup. To blend properly with the acoustics of your room, they have adjustments for crossover and volume level. Sonically, they blend perfectly with the towers.

Center

The center is essentially a small version of the towers. It uses the same solid aluminum enclosure and lacquered cherry panel. It contains 4 - 3 1/2" woofers, 8 - 1 1/2" mid-tweeters, and 1 - silk dome super tweeter, positioned horizontally. A stand that allows you to position the angle at which it faces the listener is included. It weighs approximately 25 pounds.

Rears

The rears, are the same as the center except they mount vertically on your walls. They include wall-mount brackets that allow you to position the angle at which they face the listener. Weight is approximately 25 pounds each.

Godfather Subwoofer

Indeed one of the many highlights of the system. It is a 15" powered subwoofer with a 1000 watt amplifier built in. The driver (pictured) weighs 45 lbs alone is ultra high quality and uses an ultra-rigid aluminum cone for precise bass reproduction. The frame of the woofer is made of solid aluminum and uses extremely high quality components, such as radial neodymium magnets and an edge-wound aluminum voice coil, to produce clean, articulate, extended bass. The enclosure is significantly braced to provide the highest accuracy possible. It is topped off with a furniture-grade lacquered cherry top panel which gives it the look of an elegant corner table. You really have to see it in-person to appreciate how gorgeous it is (the pictures don't do it justice). It is available in a right or left corner version (just changes the side they put the amplifier & driver on). Frequency response extends down to 18 hz +-3db. Dimensions are 31"w x 31"l x 23"h It weighs 222 lbs.
