This person will be responsible for managing a Microsoft server environment for a small hosting company, and be responsible for all aspects of setting up and maintaining hosting environments for both shared hosting and dedicated hosting clients.

Currently the site runs at an ISP--with crap service--on SUN hardware with an Oracle/Cold fusion back end.
