This position oversees all phases of project implementation and ongoing management of benefits administration for assigned clients. In addition, this role manages web based enrollment systems for the client’s open enrollment and employee status changes. Candidates should have experience in employee benefits administration, either in Human Resources, or with a benefit outsourcing company. <br>

Develop and manage project plan to ensure timely completion of implementation for the enrollment module.  <br>

Identify data layout needs as they relate to each client set-up and work closely with the programmer to implement all applications. <br>
Manage calendar of data transmissions/processes that must be executed on specific dates. <br>

Develop and maintain a comprehensive Process Manual for each client that documents all procedures regarding specific clients. <br>
Communicate with other client vendors and/or TPA firms as necessary. This will necessitate meetings, conference calls, etc. to stay within established timeframes. <br>
Regularly communicate with client regarding the status of project deadlines and resolve any concerns. <br>

Knowledge of legal and compliance regulations regarding employee benefits <br>

The Chicago office is seeking a HRIS Technical Analyst who will be responsible for developing, configuring, implementing and maintaining HR systems; responsible for creating, enhancing and analyzing complex data metrics and procedures to improve the level of data integrity within the Firm’s HR systems; responsible for testing, configuring, documenting and preparing for system upgrades, enhancements and other backend system developments; will create and run monthly statistical reports as well as ad hoc requests for clients; will consult with other departments to determine their goals and objectives for HR systems; and will provide recommendations for achieving those goals and develop such solutions. Technical experience must include 3-5 years of SQL, PeopleSoft’s Application Designer, PeopleTools and People Code as well as MS Excel, MS Access and MS Word.  HR experience a plus.<br>

MISSION STATEMENT<br>
This person will be responsible for administering all online job postings and candidate screening. In addition, they will help build a robust candidate database, monitor all portfolio company competitors and help create a significant talent pipeline.<br>

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
   - Assist in creating position specifications for all portfolio companies. Provide advice on compensation, screening questions and potential recruiting challenges.<br>
   - Identify avenues through which priority hires can be sourced, including job boards, social networking sites, colleges and universities and niche sites online for inbound recruiting efforts.<br>
   - Screen all on-line and select best qualified candidates.<br>
   - Map the competitive landscape for each Portfolio Company, identifying key companies, and provide industry news-feeds to the recruiting team.<br>
   - Create a “virtual bench” of top “A player” candidates in the marketplace who may be appropriate for future needs.<br>

   - Use online networking resources (e.g. LinkedIn) to proactively identify passive candidates and directly approach them.<br>
   - Be prepared to assist with offer presentation, salary negotiation, negotiate start date, and all necessary new-hire paperwork.<br>
   - Upload Resumes onto recruiting database and ensure that each one is correctly categorized.<br>
   - Assist in refining the company’s internal recruitment system.<br>
   - Assist with successful hire on-boarding programs.<br>

CANDIDATE PROFILE<br>
The successful candidate will possess the following:<br>
   - At least 3 years recruiting experience. This will either be from a leading recruitment company or via an in-house recruiting role at a major corporation.<br>
   - Fully conversant with on-line recruitment websites (Monster, CareerBuilder, The Ladders, etc).<br>
   - Proven ability to successfully manage 15-20 recruitment campaigns at any one time.<br>
   - Proficient with recruiting databases, ideally FileFinder.<br>
   - Very strong written and oral communication skills; proven experience drafting formal written documents.<br>
   - Analytical and problem solving expert.<br>
   - Initiative, tremendous work ethic and high level of maturity.<br>
   - Positive, enthusiastic attitude and flexibility to do what it takes in a small team environment.<br>
   - Professional demeanor.<br>
   - Unmatched attention to detail.<br>

The LFE Institute, a leader in Workplace Financial Literacy, is looking for a Regional Director interested in expanding our workshops, Money Coaching, and our popular weekly series, the Money Minute! into Chicago. Must have strong presentation skills, be able to mentor Instructors, build client relationships working with key 3rd-party referral sources, and share LFE’s vision to make a positive difference in the financial lives of employees throughout the area. LFE sells no products or services other than Financial Literacy education.<br>
<br>
The Regional Director must begin as an LFE Instructor, but can quickly move to the Director role. This is not a salaried position, but this individual will make up to 50% of the revenue generated from this market. The individual will also be coordinating referral business from other markets, and sending business to our Business Partners around the country. Bi-lingual skills a plus but not required.<br>

The Human Resources Supervisor reports to the Human Resources Manager and is a liaison between the Department of Education division and the corporate Human Resource Department for ERS.  He or she provides support for, but not limited to, the development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the following areas:<br>
•	Employee staffing<br>
•	Employee relations and personnel records<br>
•	Employee training on Policies and Procedures <br>
•	Other Administrative activities <br>
Responsibilities<br>
•	Recruit staff through various methods (e.g. job fairs, and campus visits)<br>
•	Conduct initial phone interviews and schedules prospective candidate interviews<br>
•	Manage orientation classes for new employees<br>
•	Maintain performance evaluation schedule. <br>
•	Maintain employee directory, attendance/vacation schedules<br>
•	Maintain documentation on Human Resources procedures<br>
•	Coordinate and process activities required to enable or disable employees access to systems and facilities including forms required by Department of Education and company <br>

Qualifications<br>
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience <br>
