    * Assist in preparing management reports.<br>
    * Compose and edit letters, memos, agendas, reports, proposals, etc. as needed<br>
    * Follow-up (via phone/email) with employees, vendors.<br>
    * Maintain appropriate confidentiality in dealing with company information.<br>
    * May need to assist in special projects, perform research.<br>
    * Participate in programs with other departments as needed.<br>
    * Learn how the department functions within the company and with other departments.<br>
    * Learn about and eventually be an advocate of the company culture and environment.<br>
    * Serve as a mentor to other team members within the department .<br>
<br>
And you have...<br>
<br>
    * Must have BA degree with at least 4 year of progressive HR experience, preferably in a high-tech or consulting environment.<br>
    * Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. HRIS software (PeopleSoft and ADP PC Payroll for Windows is a huge plus).<br>
    * Maturity to deal professionally and confidentially with employees, vendors and team members.<br>
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>
    * Ability to attend to details.<br>
    * Superb organizational skills.<br>
    * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br>
    * Work well under pressure and multiple deadlines/priorities.<br>
    * Must work well independently and collaboratively<br>
    * Must be able to follow directions and then work with minimal supervision.<br>
    * Must understand the value of customer service in the HR environment.<br>
    * Motivated, proactive, the ability to learn quickly, practical intelligence, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, high integrity, and a sense of humor.<br>

General Purpose of the Position:<br>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br>
	Oversee all aspects of Benefits Administration (H & W, 401K, pension, and Voluntary benefits) for a particular business unit.  <br>
	Maintain paperwork and files for employees benefits record. <br>
	Conduct Benefits Orientation for recent new hires as well as one on one meetings for executives.<br>
	Provide instruction to employee/HR regarding the online employee self service system.<br>
	Answer Benefit Service Center hotline/check benefits emails at designated time and assist with employee/retiree questions.<br>
	Assist with open enrollment meetings/presentations, travel when needed.<br>
	Review ADP weekly changes report (IVR report).  Request backup documentation when necessary for qualifying events (i.e., birth, marriage) and new hires.  Manually update benefit deductions with payroll as needed.<br>
	Provide direction/support for disability related transactions to include, but not limited to, meeting with employee and coordinating, FMLA, STD, and additional time off with management, HR and payroll. <br>
	Assist with Pension and Retirement Plans.<br>
	Assist with monthly departmental report processing ( i.e. termination reports, retirees turning 65, etc)<br>
	Keep abreast of new or updated benefit rules and regulations. <br>
	Create and generate People Soft reports as needed.<br>
	Responsible for HIPAA compliance.<br>
	Handle special projects as assigned.<br>

The accounts are high profile colleges and universities with 200-1,000 employees.<br>

The primary contact for the Account Manager to the client is the HR Director and the Benefits Manager of the College These are the people that the Account Manager is building a relationship with.  The job is from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.  The Account Manager should anticipate overnight travel 1-3 nights per month on average.<br>

The ideal candidate will have, at minimum, a college degree, 3 years of related insurance experience, and a Life/Health Insurance license. We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to work approximately 20 hours per week in our Wauconda office and/or from home.  This individual will be responsible for the following:<br>
- recruiting top-notch candidates for all levels of positions<br>
- identifying avenues through which top candidates can be sourced; including job boards, social networking sites, niche sites, competitive companies <br>
- placing job postings online and other sources <br>
- screening candidates via phone and online<br>
- coordinating interviews<br>

The Recruiter will be responsible for working collaboratively with the HR Administrator as well as the hiring managers in a fast paced environment.  This is a newly created position.  Therefore, the weekly hours could vary but are flexible.<br>

Minimum Position Qualifications:  Associate's Degree or equivalent required.  Bachelor's Degree preferred.<br>

Skills / Experience:  <br>
-  Two or more years experience in Recruiting.<br>
-  Experience working with confidential data required.<br>

Position:<br>

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for successfully delivering full life-cycle recruiting practices throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional and nontraditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new and creative recruiting methods. This role will play a critical role in ensuring that LEARN is hiring the best possible talent to realize the mission and strategic direction of the organization.<br>

Responsibilities:<br>
<br>
Prepare a comprehensive profile of all open positions, including challenges and barriers to successful recruitment with hiring manage<br>
<br>
Utilize recruitment database to define candidate pools and execute emails and advertising to target this population; enhance/utilize advertising templates to place electronic, web-based, and journal ads that support candidate sourcing strategies; utilize creative sourcing techniques that are specific and applicable to open and future positions<br>
<br>
Support college and community relationships, including internships/externships, and by attending job fairs<br>
<br>
Source, qualify and thoroughly screen candidates for identified knowledge, skills and ability while focusing on the specific fit for LEARNs culture and strategic direction <br>
<br>
Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, including facilitation of the on-site interview for candidate, assistance with the offer, and contract negotiations as needed<br>
<br>
Maintain regular appropriate communication regarding search status to all appropriate stakeholders and educate, consult and collaborate with hiring managers regarding the recruitment process, market availability of candidates, compensation, specialty trends, and other key components of this function<br>
<br>
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Senior Leadership Team, management and hiring managers<br>
<br>
Ensure adherence to all federal, state and local regulations governing the employment process<br>
<br>
Compile and maintain required statistical data and reports including applicant tracking, budgeted positions and hires and terminations<br>
<br>
Ensure adherence to new hire process and accuracy of new hire files including the verification of education and background references, licenses, certifications and credentialing as required for position being filled<br>
<br>
Prepare all new hire paperwork and ensure all hiring processes are completed in a timely fashion; oversee ongoing maintenance and accuracy of personnel files<br>
<br>
Qualifications:<br>
<br>
3 - 5 years operational Recruiting experience.  BS/A degree and experience in recruitment for the educational field preferred.  Experience in high volume recruitment and sourcing candidates from a variety of mediums. Ability to problem-solve and generate creative solutions to recruitment challenges, while working effectively with hiring managers.  Experience of competency and behavioural-based interviewing at all levels.  Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) required.   Advanced web searching skills, including familiarity with recruitment web sites.   Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, specifically in error and/or potential fraud detection.   Strong customer-service focus and the ability to effectively influence internal and external customers.  Availability to work some extended hours as needed.<br>
