Looking for some extra money? We are looking to find reliable people that might be interested in working as an independent contractor with Beam Team Company in HOME DEPOT stores at night doing things like setting up displays, stocking shelves, and other projects like that.

It pays $8.50 per hour. You must be able to work up to 10 hours a shift and be able to bend, lift, push, & pull up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation is needed as you would work a couple different stores in the area over the course of the week. You would start at 8pm.

The stores and nights available this coming week are:
Area 1: Ingleside and McHenry on 16th and 17th.
Area 2: Countryside, Oakbrook Terrace, Downers Grove, Woodridge on 16th thru 19th

Preventive Maintenance/Safety:

Must be knowledgeable of pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials, including solvents, flammables, caustics and freon.
Must be aware of the condition of apartment property throughout the community and immediately initiates action to correct unsafe conditions, i.e., broken gates leading to pool, broken steps, open holes, broken/burned out exterior lights. Schedules and performs routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by Service Supervisor and Community Manager. Inspects and maintains all tools in excellent condition.
Must be aware of utility meter cut-offs, apartment and fixture cut-offs, sewer cleanouts.
Performs work area clean-up and safety related duties.
Ensures that storage areas remain locked when not in use.

General Overview:

Diagnoses and performs minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis:

Position Summary

Audit manufacturing adherences to customer requirements by reviewing first piece, in-process, final inspection processes and documents. Performs Inspections of products to approved customer specifications requirements. Alert Quality Manager to any potential quality problems found during audits or in-process inspections. Stops non-conforming product from being produced when found during Audit�s or In-process inspection.

Responsibilities ________________________________________
� Provide timely (first piece part inspection checks) for approval at job start up
� Perform timely (in-process inspection) at the established frequency and audit the operator�s inspection process to ensure the part specifications are met & IP are properly filled-out at point of manufacturing.
� Perform timely (last piece part inspection) final audit at the end of each run, to ensure part & tool compliance. Report tool repair to the tool room supervisor, fill-out �work order repair tickets�.
� Train the machine operators on the IP�s inspection methods and applications (daily)
� Understand and follow company policy & procedures
� Perform Final dock audit when required.
� Complete IP forms as required and make recommendations to management on part dimensional history and quality trends.
� Identify non-conforming product and responsible to quarantine in QA nonconforming area.
� Performs SPC, Cpk measurements and capability study when requires.
� Maintain product/material traceability and lot numbers thru the IP forms
� Perform first article reports as required.
� Perform gage Calibration at the established frequency as required
� Ensure gage calibration equipment/fixtures are current and not past-due
� Maintain proper storage & identification for all fixture gages and measurement equipment
� Provide team support and communication to co-workers
� Maintain the QA area organized and clean (good housekeeping)
� Maintain document control, control of quality documentation, inspection records and customer� drawing.

Job Knowledge & Skills ________________________________________
1. Technical quality training certificates (TMA) or (ASQ)
2. Minimum of (5) year�s hands-on technical experience in production inspection.
3. Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 quality management systems basic principles
4. Knowledge on SPC statistical process control
5. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) & quality related software
6. Experience in the interpretation and application of GD&T geometric tolerancing
7. Experience with gage calibration and calibration systems

Objective: Perform quality maintenance in a timely manner and continuously train maintenance staff. Perform periodic and purposeful preventative maintenance programs. Satisfy all reasonable maintenance requests.

7. Substitute for all maintenance personnel when necessary. (i.e., housekeeping, painter, porter)

8. Carry an operative cellular device at all times for emergency situations.

9. Have adequate knowledge of the buildings, grounds, and pools.

10. Have adequate knowledge of all phases of plumbing, general carpentry, electrical maintenance, pool equipment, HVAC, and appliance repairs. A capacity for trouble shooting and training personnel is necessary.

11. Follow all safety programs implemented by The Lynd Company according to policy.

12. Own your own tools.

13. Walk the property and report any liability problems immediately.

14. Perform any and all duties called upon by supervisors to ensure that property operates in an efficient and economic manner.

15. Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Lifting belt required.

16. Represent property and The Lynd Company professionally through dress and behavior.

17. Must have high-rise experience. Leed Certified experience a plus!
