I tried catching it but he just kept running. I last spotted him running down Pulaski heading south. I spent some time but lost him/her. I hope he/she makes it back to the proper owners. This cat was meowing at my back door a couple nights ago and then followed me as I left my apartment the next morning. I came home a little later to find her sleeping next to the front steps of the building. I decided to bring her inside since it was getting so cold out. She's way too friendly and sweet to be a stray. As you can see from the pictures, she didn't hesitate to hop onto my lap and make herself comfortable.

It looks like she hasn't been living outdoors very long. She's a little dusty/dirty, but not at all haggard like most of the strays in this neighborhood. (insert joke about 'haggard strays' here lol)
I have a feeling her owners abandoned her. But I hope I'm wrong.

So if this looks like your lost kitty, please contact me!

p.s. I'm already at the limit for pets in my apartment with my 2 dogs, so my unexpected feline friend can't stay long. So far I haven't been able to find a no-kill shelter that has room to take her in. I'm hoping to find her owner ASAP, or I might have to look for a good home for her. If you know anyone that lost their black cat near Augusta & California, please show them this post!

His tail feathers are white, grey and yellow. Peaches has always been very friendly, even with strangers. He loves to sing and he says 'Pretty Birdie' to the best of his ability. Went downtown on Friday night and came back one wallet short. The wallet is a small, reddish-pink silk card holder with a coin/loop hole close. Inside was a Maine license, a student ID, a CTA card, a red BoA check card and a receipt from a liquor store. The CTA card and the debit card have both been cancelled.

Possible areas in which the card was lost: McFadden's, Debonair Social Club (and area outside), in a Koam Taxi or near Clark and Halsted.

If found, you can keep the wallet. I really just need my identification back (and the receipt).

Hi guys, (November 8th, 2009) I lost my cat named Starlight. She's about 2 years old and does not really go outside. I'm not sure if she's just scared hiding, injured or something else. She was on "her days" when she got lost, so I'm not sure if that had something to do with it. However, we really miss her home and would appreciate any information if anyone has seen her around the neighborhood.

I also forgot to mention that she has a medical condition and needs to be taken to her Veterinarian constantly. Therefore, any information known faster will be helpful.
