BOOKKEEPER/ADMINISTRATION – PART TIME/FULL TIME
Packaging distributor in Vernon Hills has an immediate opening for an experienced and highly organized individual with full charge bookkeeping/accounting capabilities. Person must be a TEAM PLAYER with excellent people skills, be task oriented and a self starter. Must be proficient in word and excel with strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Bookkeeping/Accounting responsibilities to include: AR, AP, bank reconciliations, reconciliation of sales tax and preparation and filing of monthly returns, payroll and payroll tax filings, monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
Administrative responsibilities to include: Manage the office and keep organized, prepare and edit documents

This is currently a part time position – 15 to 20 hours a week, but could be expanded into full time if the person has marketing skills and has the desire to expand the job responsibilities to include marketing functions
College degree required
