When the desk is CLOSED you can see 4 large drawers. Inside the top large drawer is imprinted "Hampshire House Colonial". The large drawers are tongue and groove construction. On the right back side there is a small imperfection. I never noticed it was there until I looked today.

Unique vintage Christmas tree, about 7' 4" tall. Cream white in color. Comes with a vintage metal stand. Tree and stand both from mid-60's. Stand even has original box. Totally Mad Men period correct. Color of tree is a cream white. What makes this particular tree really special and rare is that the branches are hinged at the trunk and fold up for storage! Very slick. (See close-up image below of the fold-up hinge area for the bottom level branches.) Taking this down and putting it up is a breeze. The tree separates into three sections. 1970's Hand Made Dollhouse (Wilmette) $295

One-of-a-kind collectible.

This hand-made dollhouse invites endless playtime.

Each room features different wall paper or paint colors, And the linoleum floor adds that special 70's fashion to the kitchen.
The outside front of the house is a beautiful blue color with white trim. The front door opens up from the kitchen onto a little outside patio.

This dollhouse includes hand made wooden furniture: two beds, two tubs, baby crib, firewood for fireplace, kitchen sink and cabinet. Also includes several hand crocheted rugs and one needle point rug.

This was originally built in 1979 and is in excellent condition. It spent the last 15 years or so in storage, so it looks great. There is a label inside the attic area from the builder that confirms the date that it was built.

There are electronics that you can see when you lift up one part of the roof.
They're for several lights in the house.
The lights are not working now, but if you know about electronics, the circuits are explained on paper in the attic area and it can be fixed. We just never used the lights.

It spans 58 inches long and 29 inches high. And it's solid and sturdy.

I only have this one and I've never seen anything like it.
